GENESIS
Genesis combines my resonance with sacred geometry found in both the natural and constructed world, with symbols of my familiar roots represented by heirloom doilies made by my mother. This body of work weaves these into a cohesive whole with one of my believes ‘as above so below’, the idea that what we are on the inside will be created in the world around us’.
This body of work was made during my Artist in Residence at Glen Echo Photoworks, MD. Exhibition on view at Glen Echo Photoworks 21 Sept-10 Nov, 2024.
